Last updated: May 2026
1. Introduction
This statement is made by Cailora Ltd (“Cailora”) in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to operating ethically and transparently across all our activities.
2. Our Business
Cailora is a UK-based financial services company regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) as a Small Payment Institution (No. 1023986). We provide GBP-to-EGP remittance services for the UK-Egypt corridor. We are registered in England and Wales and operate from 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX.
3. Our Supply Chain
Given the nature and scale of our business, our supply chain is intentionally limited to a small number of established technology and payment infrastructure partners, together with standard business software. We do not manufacture goods, operate warehouses, or engage in logistics. The risk of modern slavery or human trafficking within our supply chain is considered low.
4. Our Commitment
Cailora is committed to ensuring that modern slavery and human trafficking have no place in our business or supply chain. We expect all partners and contractors to operate with the same standards of ethics and integrity.
5. Due Diligence
We engage only with established, regulated, or reputable suppliers. All partners are subject to their own regulatory and compliance obligations. We review our supplier relationships on an ongoing basis.
6. Training and Awareness
Awareness of modern slavery risks is maintained at the leadership level and communicated to all contractors engaged by Cailora.
